Shipping and Returns

With furnishing your credit/charge card number and other relevant information in payment of the Products ordered, you hereby authorize Jill Lowe International Pte Ltd to furnish such information to the relevant processing centre for the purpose of completing the purchase. We will attempt to ensure you for any losses whatsoever arising from or in connection with such information.

We accept PayPal, Visa or Mastercard under credit/charge card transactions and will require 3-4 working days to process successfully. For Bank Transfers & Cheque Payments, potential customers should seek bank details from us and the transaction will take up to 7 days for processing. The goods will be shipped immediately once payment is received.

We reserve all right to terminate your order and payment in events such as, but not limited to, suspected fraud, suspected false information given by purchaser or unable to send to consigned country.

Refund Policy

In case where goods received by purchaser or stated recipient are defected, wrong qty or short of certain item (collective, “defections”), we will replace the defected or short item through the customer’s next order with regards that the defections are not caused by the purchaser or recipient and the notification to us about the defections are made within 20 days from the shipment date, for orders made from overseas. For local orders, notifications to us should be made within 3 working days from receiving the goods. Replacement of defections does not include wrong ordered item by the purchaser or any other mistakes made by purchaser resulting in receiving the undesired item or qty. You acknowledged that we will not compensate any of the defections in terms of money or refund of payment and we reserve the right to reject any request for refunds should we deem that the request as “unreasonable”.

However, Customer can request for termination of order and request for a FULL refund of payment if he/she make the request within 3 days from the date when the order is made. Any other request for refund will be at the discretion of the company management.

Shipping

a) Local Orders (Singapore)

All Singapore Orders (“Local Orders”) will be processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturday, Sunday, & National Public Holidays). Delivery will be arranged within the next 3-6 working days after the processing of the order and we reserve the right to change the stated or arranged delivery date/time, no matter fixed by customer or by us, at any time without prior notice. However, we will try our best to deliver the goods on time as arranged.

All delivery services are only available on weekdays and from 9am to 5pm only.

Upon Confirmation of Order and Payment, You accept the delivery charge as stated in the site (under “Shipping charge”). All Delivery Charges stated in the site (under “Shipping Charge”) are all subjected to changes. Continued orders after the changes made means that you acknowledged and accept the changes.

In the event where we are unable to deliver the products ordered for any reason whatsoever, we shall at our sole discretion and upon being requested by you within 3 working days of initial attempt at delivery, procure another attempt at delivery of the products ordered and the customer shall be liable to pay for all reasonable additional expenses incurred by us. You shall not be entitled to cancel the order due to any delays in delivery.

b) Overseas Orders

Jill Lowe provides delivery to all countries stated in the site (Under “Shipping charge). All orders will be processed and arranged to send out once the payment has been processed by the bank. Credit/Charge Card payment will usually take about 3-4 working days to process and T/T Payment will take about 7-9 working days to process.

All orders will be sent out using the service of Singpost Air Parcel or Singpost EMS courier service, whichever service the customer choose.

Upon selection of the Delivery method, you have read and accept the delivery time and charge as stated in the site (under “Shipping Charge). All Shipping Charges are subjected to changes. You are deemed to accept the changes upon continued orders after the changes are made.

We reserve the right to change or cancel the stated or arranged delivery date/time, no matter fixed by customer or by us, at any time without prior notice.

We are not responsible for any loss of products or whatsoever caused by the post office during delivery or transit and it is at our sole discretion to decide if the items loss or damaged should be replaced or refunded as subjected to the “Refund Policy”.

In the event that you did not receive your parcel after 15days from the shipment date, you will notify us within and no later than 7 days, otherwise within 22days from the shipment date. We will try to track your parcel status for you and any refund or replacement due to this issue is at the company’s management sole discretion and subjected to the “Refund Policy”.

Customs & Import Duties Information

You may be subjected to your local import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reached your country. Any Additional charges incurred resulting from custom clearance must be borne by you; we are not responsible for these charges as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary with every country in the world depending on their local government. You should check with your local customs office for further information.
